Rescue Ops Owner, Frank Arocha has over 30 years of experience in Fire & Rescue. During that time he managed firefighters in structural, aircraft, wildland fires, medical calls, and rescues for the best possible outcome. He retired in 2016 as a District Fire Chief. Mr. Arocha is an expert in safety, planning, leading, and professional customer service.

My van was making a really annoying squeaking noise. I took it to Rescue Ops and Frank applied a little soap to the belt and the squeaking stopped instantly. He did not charge me a thing. He is a real honest down to earth no nonsense guy. I was really impressed with him. He seems like a man who does what he does for the satisfaction of it not just the money. He didn’t try to take advantage of me. He hasn’t really worked on my vehicle yet but I am confident he is very qualified to do a great job. He has already earned my trust. I will be given him a call the next time I need my vehicle worked on.
